Faculty Development
The Emory University School of Medicine's Office of Faculty and Staff Development (OFSD) was created to develop and support initiatives that assist all faculty and staff in expanding their professional skills and achieving their career aspirations. OFSD offers a Faculty Development Lecture Series that is presented throughout the year by senior faculty within the medical center. The series covers practical topics aimed at assisting faculty in their career development.
The Emory University Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) provides confidential services to faculty and fellows by licensed professionals. FSAP can offer support to help you navigate the path to success. Services are offered to promote individual and organizational health and wellness. They offer guidance whether your concern is personal or work-related; or whether it involves yourself, a family member, friend or colleague.
