The Emory University Regional Training Center offers technical assistance services to Region IV Title X grantees in clinic improvement, clinic administration, community outreach, and other Title X priority areas.
The procedures for obtaining technical assistance services are as follows:
- Title X grantees can contact their state family planning director to specify technical assistance needs.
- The state family planning director contacts the Region IV Program Consultant to discuss and request technical assistance.
- After the technical assistance request is generated and approved by the Region IV Program Consultant, it is forwarded to the Emory Regional Training Center.
- The Emory Regional Training Center will contact the Title X grantee to coordinate the technical assistance request.

- Hispanic/Latino Community Outreach Strategies
- Patient Flow Analysis
- Preconceptional Health Services Manual
- Strategic Planning Facilitation
- Spanish Translation Services for Birth Control Methods Forms
